Performance Profiling - Tools For Better Recruitment and Staff Development

 

For personal performance profiling we recommend a system based on performance prediction for particular roles.  This is slightly different to the more common systems which assess OPQ/literacy skills, learning styles, team working roles or personality types.  These assess preferencies or capabilities but not usually competency.  They do a different job and can be used successfully with our system.  

The performance profiles we use (based on the research of Canadian group SMG) are completed online and need no special training or software.  The output is an uncannily accurate report which can be used to focus job interviews and aid training/development discussions.
