Our People and Business Partners

We are an organisation with a wide range of experienced consultants, each of whom has a blend of skills to help you assess your performance, develop your plans, engage your team and deliver tangible improvement.  We will work hard to identify the right consultants for you – not necessarily the cheapest (and by no means the most expensive) – but people you can trust and whose judgement you will quickly come to value.

 

Whether you need a specialist in strategy, process/organisation design, operations, coaching, training or troubleshooting, we can offer you individuals or small teams that will fit well with your organisation.  Our Consultants and Interim Managers include directors and senior managers from Utilities, Telecoms, Transport, Retail, Financial Services, PR, High-tech, Start-ups and many other sectors; also from Local Government, Health, Central Government, Not-for-profit and Charitable organisations.   See our Team page to view the profiles of some of our people.  We should be able to help, and will tell you honestly if we cannot. 

 

Our consultants bring you the knowledge and experience gained from having worked with many other organisations.  Organisations in many sectors and many countries.  They are practitioners who will develop a rapport with your people and whose advice you will be able to rely on.  Many have been directors or senior managers in FTSE companies or acted as interim directors in the private and public sector.  

 

We offer consultants for specific assignments and interim managers for longer engagements of three to twelve months or more.  We can also offer retained fee arrangements so that you can budget a fixed monthly amount and we can get to know your business well, being available at any time to provide advice, troubleshoot, set up projects or deliver benefits.  We have even taken an equity stake in a start-up client so that their success and our success are fully aligned (and saving them valuable cash).

We also have a range of business partners who help us deliver our services and who are available to help our clients too.  See below for the list of our main partner organisations.  We are always happy to look for new business for our partners and our clients, and regularly refer and place work in this way.   

 

 

Between them our partners provide a range of industry, technology, training & development, consultancy and educational services.  Their offerings are made available to clients of Touchpoint Change as part of our integrated offering. 

 

We can help you determine the best suppliers for your requirements, whether or not they are on our list, and then manage the total provision on your behalf if required.  If it turns out that you only require services from a single organisation we may suggest that it makes more sense for you to contract with them directly rather than via a third party such as ourselves.
