Time To Change - Touchpoint Change - Spirit In The Water

Welcome to this edition of Change! - the newsletter of Touchpoint Change Consulting.

It is time to change.  Nearly every organisation is experiencing an impact in its customers' behaviour, income, cost base or development.  2010 will bring its challenges and they will be different to those in 2009. Hence we all need to adapt, improve and change - sink or swim. The challenges will be different in the private and public sectors but many of our goals and methods will be similar.  This edition looks at some of these issues.

The principles apply across all kinds of organisation but the article looks particularly at local government. Click here. It has been published to celebrate Systems Thinking Day on 14th October.

Services To Get You Through The Recession

Services To Get You Through The Recession

At Touchpoint Change we are always looking for ways to help clients succeed.  Some new services are summarised here:

Team Mapping – High performing teams understand each other’s strengths and styles and put these to good use. We can help you foster better teams so as to improve team relationships and accelerate the rate of business improvement. This link describes the creation of a team map that outstanding teams will refer to over and over again. Click here for details.

Outsourcing – Few business changes combine the promise of big benefits with the risks of big problems as outsourcing. Implemented well it can increase capacity, lower costs and give you the flexibility you need. Implemented badly, it can cost you more, stop you doing what you want and trap you in an adversarial contract. Click here for details of our approach that gets you the best value.

Lean Thinking – ‘Lean’ is becoming more widely adopted – across every industry in the private sector, and increasingly in the public sector too. It is a powerful method for transforming the performance of organisations and instilling a customer-focused culture. Click here for details of how it could help you.

Buy Time To Survive & Thrive - When the future is uncertain, markets are tight and credit is expensive, one of the most precious commodities is time. Now is the time to take action to release capital, reduce waste, accelerate processes and reduce cost, you can buy vital extra time to grow or turnaround your business even whilst others are slowly losing market share or cash.
